Are you finally open?
YES! Baan Mae/ Mom’s House is officially open for business 5 days a week. Check out our hours below.
where can I make a reservation?
Our reservations are open online via OpenTable, for parties larger than 4. Please reach out directly to hello@baanmae.com.
Mom’s house reservation policy:
All reservations are allowed a 15-minute grace period.
All parties must be present at the restaurant to be seated. If parties are incomplete by the end of the 15-minute grace period, the reservation will be moved to the waitlist upon the completion of the party.
Reservation wait times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Some examples that may cause a delay in seating are rain, excessive heat, etc.
Our restaurant only seats about 40 people, please note that larger parties of 4 or more may have the patio as the only available seating option. Please plan accordingly as we cannot guarantee seating inside due to changes in weather or unforeseen circumstances
do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, we have our backyard outdoor patio during the spring and summer seasons. The patio is open when the weather is nice. The tables are covered with patio umbrellas. Please plan ahead to reserve at your own risk. We are unable to guarantee inside seating depending on change of weather or unexpected events.
The largest we can accommodate inside for the winter season is a party of 8.
Anything larger than 8 will require a private party reservation. Please inquire directly here.
General curiorities
Is your menu vegan/vegetarian friendly and do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Our menu has several options to cater to most dietary restrictions; however, please note that some of our dishes cannot be modified in any way (please ask your servers for more details). Please call or email us to inquire about specific menu information.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes it is! Our restaurant is wheelchair accessible including the seating on our back patio.
Why do you have a 15-minute grace period for seating a late reservation?
Out of respect to other present guests with a reservation, we reserve the right to offer your table after 15 minutes. If you arrive with your complete party after our grace period, you will be automatically removed to the waitlist.
Why Don’t You Seat Incomplete Parties?
Waiting to seat parties once they are complete helps ensure the timeliness and flow of our service. The enjoyment of our guests’ dining experience is our main concern.
do you have a dress code?
Nope, we do not! Just come in the usual attire that you’d wear to go see your mom.
Are kids allowed?
Yes of course, we’re a family restaurant. Please make sure to make a reservation and let us know ahead of time if children under 5 will be present. We also have a high chair as well.
